A total Lunar eclipse falls on March 3 and 4, 2007 in Simha Rasi, in Pooorvaphalguni constellation in the bright half of the lunar month Phalguna masam. There will be two eclipses the appear in March 2007. While the first one is a total lunar eclipse that appears on March 3 and 4, 2007, the other one is a partial Solar eclipse that falls on March 19, 2007.
The Lunar eclipse begins at 27:00 hrs on March 3, 2007 and ends at 6:42 on March 4, 2007 and the Central eclipse is at 28.51 hrs on March 3, 2007. The eclipsed luminary Chandra is aspected by Budha, Ravi and malefic Kuja. The star lord of Sukra is in a malefic eighth house from the eclipsed luminary being aspected by Guru. Eclipse in the bright half of Phalguna may be harmful to the people of Bengal, North Western parts of India, Avanthi and those that live on dancers, crops, and noble women. The effects of lunar eclipse indicates that internal peace will be much disturbed by strikes, rioting, communal carnage, faction feuds, murders, jail breaks, lock up deaths etc., However, if action is taken at the right time, it may be avoidable. Epidemics and heart diseases claim many lives. If mid term polls are likely to take place at the Centre, the UPA government may gain.
The eclipse will be visible in Asia, except in eastern part, Europe including the British Isles, Africa, South America and eastern parts of Central and North America. The beginning of umbra phase will be visible in Western Australia, extreme Russia, Phillippines and Indonesia. The ending of the eclipse will be visible in Mexico. Central Part of USA and Central Canada. However, eclipse will be visible from all parts of the India.
The lunar eclipse falls on full Moon Day. Moon represents mind, creative skills and emotions and in the contest of partial lunar eclipse, individual charts have to be studied whether it gives positive results or negative. If Moon is in debilitation or otherwise badly influenced in the chart, it may give negative results.
