Q. How do I receive my Horoscope report?
The horoscope report will be sent to you as an email with an attachment. The report will be in PDF format. You can use any PDF file format reader such as the Acrobat Reader to access the report. Please add our domain name 'astrologyforu.com' to your friends list to avoid our mails from possibly getting caught as spam by your mail client.
Q. What is the difference between the free information offered on the website and the paid services?
The information that is put on the website is generic in nature and apply for everyone belonging to the respective Rashi. However, our paid services are personalized and are cast according to the details provided by you. The predictions and analysis in our paid service apply only to you and not to other people.
As a subscriber to our services, you will get to know about the upcoming updates and recommendations even before they are put up on the website. Hence you get to know first before out other readers will be able to access the information.
Q. How long will it take for you to send me the report?
Once your order is placed, we will send your horoscope details to our professional astrologers who will do the actual casting and giving the personalized recommendations. Hence, this process would take about 24 to 48 hours time. In order for the horoscope to be accurate, please ensure that you have provided correct details for whom the horoscope needs to be cast.
Q. I placed the order but did not get any report. What do I do?
Horoscope reports needs to be charted and casted by astrologers who will take take time to study your horoscope, calculate the transition of planets, chart the details and then prepare a report in a format that is easier to understand. This process is takes about 24 to 48 hours time. Please be patient. If you did not receive your personalized horoscope report even after 48 hours, please write to us and we will be glad to take it on a priority basis. You can reach us through the same channel through which you placed the order. If you made a payment via PayPal, you can locate our email address in the "Transaction Details" page.
Q. Do you require my credit card details?
The payments via Credit Card will be handled by our Merchant Gateway PayPal. PayPal is a leading and renowned internet money manager. In case you made a payment via credit card, the payment management will be handled by PayPal. No credit card details will be passed on to us. Never email us your credit details or send them to us in any format. Only provide the credit card details on the payment page of PayPal website when asked to do so. For security reasons, ensure that you are on a secure page of PayPal when you are entering your credit card details.
Q. I subscribed your monthly service. When will i get my report?
The 1-page personalized Monthly Predictions Report will be sent to you between 25 - 30/31st to the email address specified by you. This report will carry predictions and personalize recommendations / care you need to take for the upcoming / next month. The monthly reports will be sent every month as long as your subscription is active.
Q. How should i send you the details necessary for charting the horoscope?
You can provide us the details using the same channel by which you placed the order. If you placed the order via Telephone, our executive will make a note of the details. If you have sent your order via Fax / Email, you can mention the same in it. If you are making the payment via Credit Card / PayPal, you can enter the details along with the order description in the space provided.
Q. I placed the order but forgot to enter my personal details. What do I do?
You can locate our email address in the "Transaction Details" page. Please send us an email from the same email box that you have placed the order and provide us the details in the Email Message.
Q. What do you do with my personal details?
The personal details we want you to send are the bare minimum details necessary for horoscope charting. We respect your privacy and your details are never shared with any third party people/group/organization/company for any reason. Please note your credit card details are never shared even with us as they are processed and managed by PayPal. We may ocassionally send you emailers about Horoscope / Astrology information that might be of interest to you. However, if you do not wish to receive the same, you can always unsubscribe the same.
Q. Why do I receive mails or telephone calls from someone who are not from AstrologyForU.com?
We respect your privacy and time. AstrologyForU.com does not have any representatives, affiliates, offices or agents any where. Hence we do not generally email your or call you. Our email messages (for sending Astrology reports) will always be from the internet website domain AstrologyForU.com. We generally do not make telephone calls or support via chat unless the case requires additional attention. In cases we have to contact you, we will our selves give complete details about your order before we ask you for additional information. In case you do not trust the caller or if you find something suspecious about, do not give any additional information. You can always email us directly to send any information to us.
